• A daily warm-up painting activity - sent by email and shared in the group.

• Questions and prompts for sharing work and progress in the facebook group.

• Work feedback in the Facebook group (feedback times will be 12.30-1.30pm, 3-4pm and 8-9pm GMT each day).

• Three Zoom sessions at 5.30pm GMT on Fri 28th, Sat 29th and Sun 30th January - check in, share progress and talk about your experiences.
